The gray optical surface enhances perceived contrast, preserves accurate color reproduction and supports projection performance beyond 4K resolution.

Choose GAFC for Balanced Gray Acoustic Cinema
Balanced gray woven acoustic performance with improved perceived contrast.
SoundFlow Contrast combines a medium-gray woven surface with acoustic transparency, making it a balanced choice for rooms that are not completely blacked out but still prioritize natural color and fine image texture. Its 0.85 gain requires an appropriately bright projector, especially at larger sizes. Compared with DeepContrast Acoustic, GAFC generally provides a more natural woven appearance and lower acoustic loss, while GADC provides stronger ambient-light resistance through its microperforated black-crystal structure.
- Best for controlled to moderately controlled acoustic cinema rooms
- Use a sufficiently bright projector for the gray 0.85-gain surface
- Choose GAFC for natural woven texture and balanced sound transmission
- Choose GADC when stronger ambient-light resistance is the higher priority
